An easy daily drinker. Served best as espresso or drip.
We found that this coffee becomes very sweet and chocolaty on espresso after two weeks of degassing.
This coffee comes from a collection of small-lot farmers in the Cauca region of Colombia.

The producers, Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso, crafted one of our all-time favorite geshas a year ago, so we were quick to grab this Washed Java coffee from them. We’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do!
